What’s the minimum and maximum number of devices?
Essentials is built for fleets of 10 to 250 mobile devices. You need at least 10 devices to start, and once you pass 250 we’ll move you to Corrata Business or Enterprise, which are built for larger fleets.
What happens if I go above 250 devices?
You graduate to a higher tier. Business and Enterprise add device quarantine, MDM integration, advanced controls, identity gate, data loss prevention and SIEM integration. Your policies, devices and data all carry over seamlessly.
How do billing and contracts work?
Essentials is €3 per device per month, billed annually. The initial term is one year.
How long does setup take?
Most SMEs are protected within the hour. Corrata is cloud-delivered and enrols devices through your existing MDM or a simple email invite; no on-premise hardware, and no security team required.
Which platforms are supported?
Corrata protects both iOS and Android, covering company-owned and BYOD phones and tablets alike.
Do I need a security team to run Essentials?
No. Essentials is made for businesses without dedicated security staff. Sensible defaults block threats automatically and you only get an alert when something genuinely needs your attention.
