Corrata are shortlisted for two awards

We are delighted to announce that Corrata has been shortlisted for two Technology Ireland Industry Awards in the categories of Emerging Digital Technology Company of the Year and Technology Innovation of the Year. Having been named Irish Tech Start-up of the Year in  2017, it is a great honour to now achieve further recognition from the leading industry body representing Ireland’s vibrant technology sector. Past winners of Emerging Company of the Year have included Nutritics, LogoGrab, Brite:Bill and Aspire, while companies including Spearline, KantanMT and Drop have all taken home the award for Tech Innovation in previous years.

37 companies and organisations from all over Ireland have been shortlisted in eight different categories, the winners of which will be announced at the annual award event on 23 November in the Mansion House in Dublin. Technology Ireland’s annual flagship event is now it its 26th year and has gained an exceptional reputation as one of the most coveted Award ceremonies within the technology sector both in Ireland and overseas, with over 500 leading influencers and decision makers in the digital and software technology sector in attendance. Sponsors of the prestigious awards include Vhi Healthcare, Bank of Ireland and Enterprise Ireland.

Director of Technology Ireland Una Fitzpatrick said: “The Irish software and digital technology sector is Ireland’s fastest growing export sector and now stands at almost 1,600 companies. The companies shortlisted this year have demonstrated outstanding performance over the past 12 months, combining aspects of technical innovation, sales achievements and successful partnering strategies. These companies exhibit a proven ability to attract financial resources, as well as showing a return for stakeholders, customers, staff and investors, thus demonstrating a real competitive differentiation.”

Technology Ireland is the largest and most influential business organisation representing Ireland’s tech sector. With origins dating back to 1968, the association was formed in 2017 by the merger of ICT Ireland and the Irish Software Association. Their membership is made up of the leading Irish-owned and FDI players in the Irish technology sector. Their network is structured around a series of core working groups, member forums and networking events, all of which are the primary enablers of our strategy.  By forging close working relationships with government departments, state agencies and governing bodies, Technology Ireland ensures the united voice of the Irish technology sector is clearly communicated to the relevant stakeholders and policymakers.

It has been a busy year here at Corrata – honing our services, building our team and executing against our plan which most recently resulted in service availability throughout the United States through newly signed strategic partnering deals – so it is with great pride that we find ourselves achieving further industry recognition and look forward to the exciting times ahead!
