Okta Integration Guide

 

Supported Features

Service Provider (SP)-Initiated Authentication (SSO) Flow – This authentication flow occurs when the user attempts to log in to the application from Corrata.

 

Requirements

  • The Corrata app installed in your Okta instance
  • A Corrata account

 

Corrata requires the following pieces of information in order to configure Okta SSO:

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Issuer URL

The Client ID and Client Secret can be found by navigating to the Corrata App in your Okta Admin page in the “Sign On” tab. Copy the value of the ClientID and Client Secret. Click on the hyperlink “OpenID Provider Metadata” to open a JSON document. Look for the key titled “issuer” in order to get the Issuer URL.

Once these pieces of information have been collected, please email them to your Corrata support representative, or email them to support@corrata.com. A member of our support team will be in contact when the integration is complete.

When the integration has been completed, you will be able to log into the Corrata console using Okta. Go to admin.corrata.com and click on the “Log in with Okta” button. You will be prompted for your Company name, which your support representative will have configured for you. Enter this here, and you will be redirected to Okta’s SSO page. Once you enter your Okta sign-in details, you will be redirected back to the Corrata console.
